Since 2019, we have been conducting audits through a third-party organization for factories that are not subject to the Better Work program. We have established a supplier hotline as a contact point for whistleblowing reports from suppliers.

General Meeting of Shareholders

  • To encourage the participation of more shareholders, we hold the General Meeting of Shareholders on a public holiday, and a separate meeting with shareholders after the general meeting.
    The combined in-person and online (live-streaming) attendance was 947 people in FY2024/8 and 1,118 in FY2025/8.

Individual shareholders

  • Shareholder and Fan Meeting events in stores: 18 meetings with over 800 participants in FY2025/8.
  • We expanded the shareholder benefit program and raised the shopping discount rate from 5% to 7%.

Analysts and institutional investors

  • Individual IR meetings: 513
  • Dialogue between independent directors and institutional investors.
  • We held a small-scale meeting between representatives of eight institutional investors and an independent director of Ryohin Keikaku.

MUJI STAY
We hold Town Hall Meeting events in a small group format, mainly at large stores.
Together with Shareholder and Fan Meeting events, a total of 58 events were held with 2001 people participating.

The GOOD MEETING venue is a forum for raising the sense of ownership among Group employees and inspiring them to take on challenges toward achieving management targets.
Held once every six months, the venue is an opportunity for recognizing outstanding employees, sharing the achievements of the Group during the preceding six months, and encouraging forward-looking action by helping employees understand the vision for the coming six months and beyond.
