Announcement: Organization and Personnel Changes

Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. announced the following changes in the organization and the executives to take effect on September 1, 2019.

1. Organizational change

(1) Organizational change for merchandising divisions

Apparel Merchandising Department, Innerwear & Accessories Merchandising Department and Production Control & Quality Assurance Department will be newly established within the Apparel Division.
Café&Meal Business Unit, which is in charge of the planning and operation of restaurants such as Café&Meal MUJI stores, will be reorganized. Café&Meal Planning Department and Café&Meal Merchandising Development Department will be organized under Food Division. Store operation function will be integrated under Store Sales Division as Café&Meal Planning Department.

(2) Organizational change to reinforce merchandising planning and inventory control

Inventory control functions in each merchandising division will be reorganized under Sales and Purchase Plans Control Division into Merchandising Planning Department, Apparel Inventory Management Department and Household & Food Inventory Management Department.
